By using the Dabrly Jehaz application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app immediately.

2. Nature of Service

The app provides a platform for listing mobile phones and laptops only. Users and stores can post their products with contact details (name and phone number). No sales or payments occur within the app.

3. Registration and Usage

• The app can be browsed as a guest without creating an account.
• Users can sign in via Google to create a personal account.
• Regular users may post only one product.
• Stores have access to post multiple products.

4. Content and User Responsibility

All information posted by users (such as photos, descriptions, prices, and phone numbers) is the sole responsibility of the user. The app or developer is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of posted content.

5. Communication

Communication between users and sellers occurs directly through the phone number displayed on the product page. The app does not provide in-app chat and is not involved in user communications or agreements.

6. Account and Data Deletion

Users may delete their account and all related data at any time from within the app settings. Once deleted, data is permanently removed from our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the app (including logos, design, source code, and brand identity) are owned by the developer and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.

8. Modifications

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified through the app or via email in case of significant changes.
